HiFi base EQ preset for foobar. Hello audiophile community. I'm looking for good EQ settings. I'm not a treble, pop, jazz, etc. Fan and the only EQ presets that ever caught my attention were Rock, Metal & Techno (not the regular EDM preset). Equalizers4Foobar is a useful set of presets you can use from within your preferred music player (in case Foobar2000 is your favorite, of course) in order to adjust the audio parameters according to your preferences in a more convenient manner than manually dragging the sliders until your sound is perfect.

All the presets that are included in the Equalizers4Foobar package are meant to be used with the 18-band equalizer that is built-in the music player. Accessing it might be a tad difficult, since it's not exactly in your face, but if you follow the oncoming instructions, everything should go smooth.

First of all, decompress the archive the documents come in and then copy all the FEQ preset files wherever you want on your computer. However, you might want to consider moving them within the Foobar2000 folder so that you might be able to access them in a quicker manner.

After you've done this, fire up Foobar2000, launch the 'Preferences' window and look for the 'DSP Manager' component. Once you've found it, activate the 'Equalizer' tool, click the '...' button next to the 'Equalizer,' then when the new window is active, click the 'Load Preset' button and locate your preset files from the Equalizers4Foobar package.
